Pink Boxing is a combination of boxing, kickboxing and martial arts training for women. In addition to learning the proper form and technique, each class includes rigorous physical conditioning training. Pink Boxing is NOT a cardio kickboxing class. We could be more accurately defined as a much disciplined martial-arts-style program that focuses primarily on elite fitness, fluidity in striking techniques, self-defense and practical application.
Discipline, respect, and dedication is the foundation of Pink Boxing Hawaii. Wearing comfortable workout attire, along with pink hand wraps and pink gloves (available through Pink Boxing), each class begins and ends with a “Bow” of respect. Afterwards, it’s all strategic movements and sweat.
We punch and move like boxers, kick like kickboxers and posses the skills and techniques of martial artists with body sculpting being a MAJOR part of Pink Boxing Hawaii.
My goal is to equip each student with the skills and conditioning necessary for self-defense while developing the body that you want. Weight loss, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence are all benefits gained through Pink Boxing.
Actual boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts! Using gloves, jump rope, paddles, the workouts build cardio endurance and muscle tone. The concept is unique in that it teaches proper punching and kicking form and basic fighting techniques while offering a full-body workout. Classes are taught in a group setting to boost participation and intensity, and they are scheduled at convenient times. PinkBoxing in the park.
