Pinkboxing Training

Discipline, respect, and dedication are the foundation of Pinkboxing Hawaii. Classes begin and end with a bow of respect. We punch like boxers, kick like kickboxers, and sharpen skills and techniques of martial arts.

Body sculpting is also a major part of training. We learn proper martial art techniques, self-defense moves, all the while conditioning the body. Weight loss, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence are all benefits gained through Pinkboxing Hawaii.

How should I dress?

Wear any comfortable workout attire you wish with athletic shoes.

What else should I bring?

Bring a yoga matt or large towel to lie on in the grass. If you have hand wraps and/or gloves, please bring them to use. Also, please bring your own water! Children may stay with us in the park while we train too.

How fit do I need to be to practice Pinkboxing?

Women of any age and fitness level can start training with us. My unique style of teaching makes it easily adaptable for different levels of fitness. Pinkboxing will definitely push you to a higher level of training, based on your own personal level. Training can be intense. If there are any concerns, please consult your physician.

What about parking?

Free and metered parking stalls are available around Kapiolani Park. There are two free parking lots near the Diamond Head Tennis Courts and free parking along the crater side of the park. Try to keep quarters in your car and allow yourself ample time to arrive at least five minutes prior to class.
